GIBBER - to some of your points:
1) I agree that institutional buying will not come in until it is off the Pinksheets and I believe mgt is doing everything in their power to get the uplift. The NASD has its own bureaucracy and works on their timeline.
2) Everything I see and read about this company convinces me that it has positioned itself in the right place, at the right time, and that this will be a major player in multinational markets within a year.
3) I don't agree the company is sticking its head in the sand. They are working on large, complex projects and the resources are focused on "growing" a business, rather than focusing on communications and stock price. They know that has to change but given where they are in negotiations one has to be careful about what info is released - and at what time.
4) There is not much more the company could add to their last NR. When they get the uplift notice, we will be advised. Until then, the company released quite a bit of information that shareholders should try to digest.
5) Thsi si not a management team that is focused on movig the stock price. Instead, they are trying to grow the company. That's a big difference in approach and it is what separates it from the typical Pink Sheet stocks.
6) I have spoken to the company regarding their choice to use a pink sheet market and understand the urgency of choice to do so. In hindshight, it may not have been the best choice but it was needed in order to expedite the agreement with ATOLL. As you can see from the management background none of these guys have experience with PinkSheets. They have all been in the major markets. To say they are out of their league in trying to deal with the market and trading irregularities of the PinkSheets is an understatement. They are just now learnign how theri stock is being manipulated.
7) I personnally believe the stock is being manipulated. And I stress this is only a personal opinion, I believe it is being deliberately pushed down. Perhaps by some of the Restricted shareholders who put up their restricted shares against the short position. And now they are trying to liquidate their shares to cover; Or, perhaps by IM and his buddies who would like to move the stock lower to try and get in the investor he keeps talking about - at a lower price.
8) At one time I criticized the CFO for not taking care of some of these matters. After some discussion with various folks and the company I rescind my comments and belive Todd is working very hard to complete critical negotiations and process development around the equity accounting issue - which, once resolved this company is profitable.
9)There are 2 components of a company - business growth and stock price management. If this company were on the major exchange it 's price would follow the growth plan - which, in my opinion, is phenominal. However, it is still on the Pinks and subject to manipulation and for unseasoned managers in this type of market, it is an overwhelming experience.
10) IceMan is not sanctioned by the company - IN fact, they have already sent out notice disassociating themselves from him. They do acknowledge Stocktiger.com as part of the team they use for the distribution of legitimate information. I have to ask myself why IM keeps talking about NNRI when the management has pulled away from him. It was not the company that hired him to promote. THINK about it. WHO is paying this guy. And what is his real agenda.
11) Legtimate companies that spend their time trying to grow, especially during the critical early stages of development, do not have the resources to deal with every crank who shows up on the internet to talk about their stock.
12) If you start to think about this company as a "growth" company, rather than a "trading" stock, then you might understand the objectives and management style of this company.
13) If I truly thought there was a problem with the company or management, I would have gotten out. As it is I have held on because of what I believe will happen this next year. At the same time, I honestly believe there are some manipulative forces at play with this stock and if these persons are caught I hope they are prosecuted.
