The book, "Six Degrees" , reminds us that anyone on the planet is connected to any other person through a chain of six people. Using this concept, it seems you have found a connection that links us to some viable information.

That was thought behind the reason I was trying to find a link to Duane Morris. I know that DM and Akin Gump have discussed ERHE and if the link that connects to the DM/AG link can be made then we should have an excellent source of info. Not that I am looking for illegal insider information but it never hurts to hear out someone's opinions and musings.
