-- Revenue increased 11.7% from second quarter 2003

-- Gross profit increased 13% to 69.2% from second quarter 2003

-- Net loss cut in half from $934,000 in second quarter 2003 to $450,000

Stronghold Technologies, Inc. , the developer of DealerAdvance(TM), an enterprise software system using wireless technologies for the automotive retail industry, today announced results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004.

Second Quarter Results

The Company reported second quarter revenue of $700,250 compared with revenue of $626,779 for the quarter ended June 30, 2003 for an improvement of 11.7%.

The Company generated $484,892 in gross profits from sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2004, which was an increase of $135,297 from the quarter ended June 30, 2003. The gross profit margin percentage increased from 55.8% in the quarter ended June 30, 2003 to 69.2% in the quarter ended June 30, 2004 for an improvement of 13.5%. This significant improvement in gross profit margin is primarily attributable to the following increases in efficiency:
