I really don't think (at least I hope not) that anyone here sees this as a fundamental play. We've entered a momo phase, imo. The fact that EFGO is in the process of merging with an established and growing Chinese retail establishment that will give immediate exposure of EFGO products to millions of Chinese consumers who need their products is very big news.

Also, a R/S is unlikely, imo. They will simply make the share structure part of the merger package. One share of EFGO will be equal to ??? share of Good Life. It amounts to the same thing, but this approach is not usually interpreted as bad news. After the merger, EFGO shareholders become Good Life shareholders based on the formula that the two companies agree on. At that time EFGO shares cease to exist and Good Life becomes a public company.
