I have found more than just the Hemi issue to be disgruntled about with respect to TDA.

I had a regular account as well as a ROTH IRA account with TDA and closed them both and moved over to Scottrade.

Although I am not happy about the 1/2% that Scottrade charges for shares under $1, I am otherwise happy with their service.
