I wasn't at the meeting/lunch, I am only commenting on barge's "report" of it. There were aspects of that report that I felt were inappropriate.

To me barge is implying that he received some information that he could not tell the rest of the public. If he did, I think he should have never posted that on a public board

Kevin, are you sure that WAVX cannot do a PP while there is pending litigations? I think that the S-3 simply outlines the existence of these litigations and that is it. It would be too easy to bury a competitor short on cash and in need of PP's by simply burden him with lawsuits (frivolous or not) and block his entry to the financial market that way. I hope you are wrong in that respect, because WAVX absolutely need to raise more money in the next six months, and those litigations sure are not going to be over. Gosh, even the SEC investigation might still be on.
