Will you be voting "no" to $0.55/share when your sitting in the meeting and the ask is still $0.05/share or less?

Regardless of personal opinion, the market says this buyout is false, or at least the believers have bought all the shares they can afford at this guaranteed 10 bagger. How much will it matter if the new evaluation says they have more than the 4.5 billion in reserves they've already reported?
