WRNW has taken a "MAJORITY" position in DVFI per this recent email from WRNW iR. The press release did not specify or clarify the stock agreement. Now that IR has "leaked" this info it appears that WRNW owns 425 million shares or > 50% of the authorized shares. They can now do anything they wish which means they can increase the A/S to 5 billion and start diluting DVFI. Unreal. When will this fraud end. It also means no shares are left to close the LOI's (East Texas and Winfeild) so we can put those deals to rest. DVFI's fate is now up to WRNW management and we all know what they are going to do. Dilute DVFI to 5 billion.
