OT: Talk about bad timing, Due to the earnings coming out for TBSI Nov 9; I bought 10 TBSI calls yesterday for $2.80. Today they are priced at $1.75..... Note to self: stay with Navios!

Well, I have to admit ---- even after reading those
news releases from this morning.....quite a few times,
I am STILL CONFUSED as to "exactly" what NMM is (going
to be).

Are they just splitting the SHIPS into two different
operating units ~~~~ hate to be sceptical ~~~~ but,
I almost get an ENRON feeling when I read a bit of
HOW that's going to be wired together !?!?!? Hmmm !

>>>> "Navios plans to use its proceeds from the IPO to pay part of the purchase price of the Navios Maritime Holdings subsidiaries that own or have rights to vessels in the company's initial fleet.

Assuming an offering price of $20, Navios expects to pay about $513.4 million to the subsidiaries.

At the time of the IPO, Navios also is offering 500,000 common units directly to a corporation owned by Chairman and Chief Executive Angeliki Frangou."
