meatball, you've got the common shares wrong.

the share structure is pretty easy right now.

155,000,000 common authorized
155,000,000 common outstanding
155,000,000 common floating

>>There are 325,000,000 shares out there floating around.<<

that's total authorized shares, including the preferred, which certainly aren't 'floating around'.

last time i checked with delaware, there were only 155M common authorized - the stock that it's in front of us - that stock that trades - the stock that 'floats around'. until that changes, the common share structure is static.

i do not disagree the market makers have significant influence over the share price - that much is obvious - but in my opinion, you get to a point of valuation where the company is not only expected to fail, but is priced like it already has. when you're talking about pricing the company comparably to a mid-priced luxury car, i think you reach that point.

each day the stock dips a few points, the bar gets lowered. expectations are reduced. but you know, i'm in the camp that believes each day is one step closer to our success. one day closer to showing the world what this company is about.

i believe this more than ever.

** THIS IS NOT AN OPINION TO BUY OR SELL SECURITIES. I am a compensated consultant to Perihelion Global and have been compensated 1,060,000 rule144 restricted shares as well as 15,000 free-trading shares (via John Beebe) for consulting services that include, but is not limited to, press release composition and distribution, website design and maintenance, website application development, and coverage on PQL Research websites. I have intent to sell any non-restricted shares (both purchased and compensated), whether for a profit or a loss, at any time, and for any reason. I have previously bought and sold open-market shares of this security. To date, I have sold approximately 15,000 compensated shares. Nothing I post on public message forums is to be construed as anything other than speculation, and investors are cautioned that I have an inherent bias in my viewpoints and opinions about the company. As a consultant for not only Perihelion, but for other public companies, my views and opinions do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of Perihelion Global, its management, or its shareholders.
