TRYZ ...you betcha something is brewing . Compliance Systems went public ~ 6 months ago for a reason , and IMHFO that reason
is to get a piece of the monster pie of capitalization from the markets that love growth companies .
Before May 2007 the Company was growing in leaps and bounds BUT the vulture capital Cornellski drained their money and hog-tied the company and collateralized their assets . With public money Compliance Systems is now able to expeditiously untie themselves from the vultures and will soon be able to be cash flow neutral ( the company's words !! ) and then cash flow positive ( not stated by the company but is a logical sequence
for a company that earns MONEY , MONEY , MONEY !! ) .
When Compliance Systems can prove they are cash flow neutral , and their debt to Yorkville Advisors is paid off , look out above because the stock price will get on the UP escalator and never look back .
All this for a measly six tenths of a penny .
