Believe either party can appeal to the full Commission, or the Commission can initiate a review on its own.
Because this was such a costly, lengthly and high profile case, the decision my well be reviewed.
On the other hand, it doesn't appear Judge McGuire had any doubts, but we'll have to wait to read his opinion. Perhaps the Commission will want to put this behind the FTC.
In any event, a review will only delay the inevitable final dismissal. The market learned all it needs to know about the disposition of the FTC complaint.
