That is not what is displayed in the 8K and I would be very cautious about believing someone posting information about what someone "Said" here, the 8K stated they intended to do a reverse split as soon as practical and they also stated it was going to be a substantial reverse split, so until the company puts out information publicly stating otherwise then I would rely on what is in the 8K before believing someone on a chat board who says they spoke to andrew. Be careful.
