Thats a good question meatball.

PHGI is one of those pink sheet companys that makes a lot of promises about how they are going to do this and they are going to do that. The problem is, they actually do these things they say they are going to do. This has created a lot of confusion.

The common A/S have decreased from way up in the billions all the way down to 155 million.

We closed at .0055 Friday. I would be the last to predict it will close above that on Monday. However, I would not be surprised to see this go up one of these days by 1000% + when phantom shares have to cover. JMHO.

Do some research and see if you agree?
