Looks like a piece of the paper trail.
Also looks like reporting might have been up to date as of Nov. 2006. AF's are closer.

It means they found the former company MCCY shell co. prez & are proceeding with their dd of the missing filings timeframe of Teleficiency & hopefully already started preparing the required report.
