Now we know why the name of the purported "exchange" doesn't show up on the door of the address Pedro and Mike claimed it had. There is no exchange. They have been lying to everyone. The reason no one can get their money is likely because no one really bought any PDRs from them. It was all just a scam that they thought no one could verify because it is supposed to be down in Panama.
