Well I guess the question will be, assuming we're getting TCHH preferred for our PAVC restricted, what will be the convertibility conditions to turn our preferred into common? At least I hope that will be the new question as who knows, there could be further restrictions placed on us baggies. Probably won't know for a while to say the least. I also wonder how those that are able to buy PAVC stock will react. Imagine, if in fact this comes to pass, you went from having free-trading JPHC to restricted PAVC to preferred TCHH. Anyone ever have restricted stock changed to preferred?
