Since no money ever comes back out of the "PDR exchange" and there is no working website or trading happening in it, it is perfectly reasonable to assume it is all a myth.

How can there be an "exchange" if it is not registered as an exchange with Panama's securities regulators, no trades can be made, (no buys or sells taking place, are there?) and anyone who puts their money in it can not take it out?

You should treat as spam any posts which maintain there is an exchange.

You can not sell a pdr or buy pdr's on an exchange or at this time get liquid money out..so the fact is there is no PDR exchange at this point. An existing operational exchange would include the fluidity of buying and selling and being able to retrieve funds...what are you getting so defensive about..?

You want to play the semantics game and say there is a
piece of paper that shows the exsistence of a PDR exchange....
..So what?..its not operational and does not exist as advertised...

CIDD he has no facts just a basher. If he would have been around when this whole process was going on he would know how much time has really gone into the exchange. He has no idea of the regulations, licensing and qualifications Panamersa has already been through to get the exchange going.
