That website hasn't been updated in four years, and I don't see what you see. HOWEVER, the pic IS a fake because as you see the road is blurry with motion but you can still read the whitewall print on the tires. If someone used a fast enough shutter speed to capture the print on the tire, then the road would also be crystal clear. That pic was taken of a parked car and then doctored.
