Ahhhh, I think I have it figured out.

The devil is in the $6,000,000 financing. That's gonna be a whole lot of new shares that come online, which would depress the price of TrustCash stock significantly. I would not be surprised if TCHH effected a forward split prior to the transacton.

My guess is that Bauer is performing his "other capacity" - as a capital fiance guy.
