I believe sugar got emails from marani. They said there was a merger. I'm still not sure about this one.

ive confirmed with mercantile (contact on the p/r's), that marani is going public via RM with a shell and tltk was 100% the candidate. they were previously unaware they would be releasing info for TLTK until tltk's attorney (hmmm mower??) contacted them that very day to release the info AH, (r/s-1st p/r). If you talk with mercantile they seem to be VERY familar with Marani. IMO from my conversations that was the deal, and it remains to be seen if it still is and they are very much surprised by the p/r's as we are. sucks this got so messed up...

I asked them on the phone whether they were RM'ing with TLTK and was told a definitive "yes" without hesitation.
