Boca Raton-based attorney Andrew Schwartz, who represents a former Universal Express employee, said Moscowitz should pay former employees out of funds from corporate assets she's selling.

"I believe the ex-employees would have a potential cause of action against Altomare, and probably could win a judgment, but the question is whether they could collect a judgment," Schwartz said. "There are bigger people who want to get him ."

yep, even RA's own employees are after his blood .. I agree, I would like to see her pay the employees - it would be a nice touch....

Wow!...........Even the attorney winning a judgement and the proceeds go to him or, her it would still be worth it.......this will remain in effect till RA pays the judgement one way or the other. Rather this than seeing no one get anything..........This will force RA to cough up the money sooner or later and with a lawfirm winning a judgement they may go after his personal assets......maybe that cigar boat! lol

The money comes in the front door and they were hauling it out the back.........$61k of credit card uses......what could I get myself for that?............

Its been nothing more than then having access to and ATM filled with investor dollars daily and a debut card and credit card to boot with no monthly statements for repayment.

Don't you love this country?. :)))))))

Just like the many politicians that have their Wall Street buddies and the kind of clout they have over everything and the Power Brokers who they sleep with. Chairman Cox former US Senator has lots of buddies in Washington.........This should be a conflict of interest..........What a country!! LOL
