Jim,

I ran across this stock a few months back when I was doing some cold digging through the pinksheets. I noticed all the filings, and the familiar names at the iHub thread, so I put in some low balls offers, and got all I wanted for a shell play. After getting filled, I started trying to call the company. At first all you got was straight to voicemail that said "Baltic International". I left several messages, and got no response. I kept calling every few weeks, and then about a month back I noticed the company phone was now ringing, and then going straight to David Grossman's voicemail. I figured that meant that Baltic was no more, and something was coming soon. I left a few messages with David, but did not hear a response, so I started calling Malone and Bailey everyday :-) . I was leaving message on David's voicemail, and still getting no response from him. I might have messed up on the front end when I said I was a BISA shareholder, and wanted to know what was going on. Perhaps I should have been more vague.

So anyway, last week I finally got someone to answer at Malone and Bailey, and learned that David had left the company. They informed me he was the long standing director of Baltic, and then gave me his cell phone number. I asked what they knew about BISA, and they really could not tell me anything further. They did not say anything negative about David, and now I am assuming he left because of what is happening with Baltic/Miller. At this point I don't figure I will call David anymore since I already have my answer.

re unsolicited status - you know, at some point this stock had to be solicited because it was on the OTCBB. I guess somewhere along the way, they lost their MM for whatever reason. I called the NASD a few months back to speak to them about how hard it is to become solicited. The guy at NASD said that if the financials are tight, then it can actaully be done in about 2 to 3 weeks. Sure seems to me this one is as tight as they come, and perhaps the OTCBB or higher is in the near future for this one.
