Since I own 3 million shares I would like the price to go up. One reason for not eelling is that this is not the major part of SPZI. The major part is assumed to generate revenues of 350 million dollars next year if you beleive the company. That is a good reason for not selling at the current market cap is it not?
More shares, I don't think he bashed the stock (although I have to admit I didn't read all the posts). he just said he is disappointed and let me tell you I'm too. today in the morning I felt so much better because of the email of Paul and his conversation with ITGuy and I really thought that we will get a lot for "OUR" SWARM. And today we only get a couple of dollars and only 7% of the profits? Sure better than nothing and certainly no reason to sell the stock at these levels but I guess many longs like myself thought differently about the coming news. I think that is ok to state.
What I don't get is the following. Paul and all the others hold lot's of SPZI shares and they also own this 141 company so why are they giving the long term shareholders which have been extremely loyal throughout all these years only 7%?? Why not 30%? I mean he would benefit either way. Can anybody provide me a reason behind the mere 7%?? I think it's ok to ask this unless I oversee anything.
I realize that we couldn't use SWARM within STV2 but that said we could have done the same deal with 30% of the profits. Why not? They are major shareholders as well aren't they?
