XNET news, looks like div shares in the spinoff sometime down the line. I added a few hundred shares to some end of the year ed ira's this AM, in SCRO too.

(OTCBB: XNET) has acquired control of World Envirotech, Inc. (OTCBB:
WDEV), a Colorado corporation, through the purchase of 3,882,700
