I can tell you....communication is still an issue.
I emailed IR to find out if they received my 12/20 share cert form. She emailed back that MT would have to answer that. I waited a week but got nothing so I emailed MT. That was 9/11 and I still have not received a reply.
I don't think I should have to follow up on stuff like that.
IMO it's a matter of common courtesy for them to email me that they received the form.
I sent it certified mail on 8-10 and they got it 8-13 and my divvy is still not in my acct. and I still don't know if they even got it?
I assume the exchange won't get updated until the upgrade is finished....but it's BS that I should have to assume anything!
