well maybe i am wrong, but if i am not mistaken i thought i read october on a previous thread here. but in anycase (october / november) i dont think the private placements are going to just dump. they might sell some if the pps at the time is of a high $ value but even then most will hold hoping for splits and dividends, jmo.
