Gibber, I was told by the cfo that something was going to happen "for sure" last month, only to see it come and go. I spoke with him again the other day to express my displeasure, to which he said the Russian Govt. requested an additional code. I personally do not believe him, but I could be wrong. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it's probally a duck;) That is what I basically told him about the way they are handling things in their investors eyes. He said they understood, and are trying to correct it.glty
