Ruby, a filing would have to be made by any party holding more than 5%. If they hold more than 5% and sell 10 shares they have to report it.

If it is a manipulation effort to hold ERHE down you can be assured the seller started with 4.99% or less so they didn't have to report their activities.

It could be a long winter.
