For 17 years, Universal Express' filings were approved by the SEC.

What BS. The SEC doesn't "approve" filings. They do comment on, and declare effective, Forms 10 and SB-2s. That's all.

I am here Jak Jak because it's all about making money for me. I careless about what's going on, only whats going to happen to the stock. I am watching it closely. Just like I do other day in and out.
