it depends bud, the GBDX o/s may be overflooded with counterfit paper i.e. NAKED SHORTS..therefore the current pps of .0046 is may not be the true market value of our shares.

So if the buyout if for 3-15 cents...how do they come across that value??

X amount of $$ from Sib divided by the common shares on the market, minus the common shares SibAlmaz owns (if any of course)

Since we do not know the o/s, only the company can calculate the buyout offer price based on the known o/s to them and the amount of $$$ they get from Sib ALmaz.

All IMO and pure spec on my part.
