just a guess, but i guess we see a sell-off in SWVC if 8-K not filed in Aug. Should hold up tomorrow, but if no 8-K by the 31st, Monday will be blood in the streets. For some reason the SWVC board is assuming that the 8-K MUST be filed in Aug. My experience is that almost all promised filings are late, if that was even promised.

Yes the upward channel is seen in the ascending triangle bottom line. But won't complete until the target is reached, with a channel top.

But we have already broken out of the triangle today. So don't see any retrace until target reached.

Then again. Chart patterns are projections. Not fact, they can fall appart before target, and some times do. But as far as chart patterns go, the triangle if one of the most reliable patterns.
