I would presume they have to be. Never seen a divi that wasn't restricted with SMMW. Is that the case across other stock divis? I do not know.

The mm's @ .0002 & .0004 need to COST AVERAGE because they might be short ( sold shares they did not own ) or they think something is around the corner and want to GET PAID for holding so long. 1 to 2 100% profit easy money. They'll do that all day long
