There is no NetCert that I know of. Please get your facts straight. NetCert was merged into ISBL a long time ago. NetCert was originally a company run by some Chinese and was merged into ISBL. What are you talking about ???

There is no NETCERT. NTCI symbol now belongs to Nutech Inc. ISBL incorporated Nevada.
