Basically think of it as a state of flux. They planned financials and uplisting and product release and all kinds of things. To their apparent utter surprise, the demos they have done for innumerable traders over there at the CME office they rented when they ran into broadband speed & connectivity issues, have generated both remarkable interest & apparently $$ being thrown at them. I sum it up as a deal that became a morph of itself and that, next, morphed again, becoming something much larger. IMHO, it is a deal within a deal and it is a deal in flux.
So, I may be alone in my view on this, but I'm pretty much going with the flow, and what you keep pointing to in 6/07 (I don't think there really was one, actually) is just something from way back when, from my vantage point.
So, even though you are approaching this puppy using sound principals you have obviously developed through prudence and practice, I am of the opinion that forcing analysis thru the prism of "old" PR info simply locks you into the past with this particular stock. They say you can not force a square peg in a round hole. As regards SPZI, that would be pretty accurate, IMHO. In fact, it once was square, then it became round, and now, it has taken on the shape of a fractal... heck - to predict its shape, you'd need to employ SWARM and Fractals3!! LOL.
So, for the moment, I'm just ignoring some of what they intended to do. If I'm not mistaken, nobody posting around here suspected that we'd be looking at a quiet period back in 6/07. I figure Spooz will simply re-order the sequence of things they had planned to do. Right now, they are in a quiet period and they say they have a pretty impressive deal in the wings... and I believe them.
Thats my opinion, such as it is. Do your own DD. Print the iBox and take it to a quiet place and study it. Do like Winston Churchill, if you like... he used to read things aloud to get their warp and woof. Whatever you do, take as much of it in as you can. And then you will get the idea... this little company is dealing with its own success prior to ever getting to it's planned product launch. It's simply a horse of a different color, IMHO, and thats all there is to it.
So, I frankly don't even consider whatever PR you are pointing to from way back then in 06/07. You may do so, of course. I've simply put it into my files and pointed my canoe's bow at the roaring rapids up ahead. This is going to be one heck of a ride, IMHO. If it makes you feel more comfortable, beach your canoe and put it back in the water on the other side of the rapids. As for me, I'm shooting them, if for no other reason than that I think the ride is going to be quite a thing to be a part of. But make up your own mind.
