$2-3 a share??? Do you realize that would value ONEV at $2-3 BILLION dollars??? I know there are only 650 million O/S shares at present, but obviously, ALLLLLLLLL of the warrants would be exercised at that price (heck, they'd all be exercised at .30, IMO), which would mean there would be over a billion shares outstanding. Soooooo, that said, I don't think a buyout of $2-3 is going to happen anytime in the next three years, let alone a year, unless every major carrier in the US and Latin America deploys MV in the next year. But, that's just AIMHO.

kauai,

I hve a hard time seeing ONEV being valued at 2 to 3 billion dollars anytime soon. This of coarse presumes more shares released taking us to 1 bill.

Lot cheaper to buy-out ONEV (the company) at .025 than at $2.50.

I would think that, if Telmex is interested in a buy-out at all, they would want to do it as soon as they have any solid evidence that its product will be a significant success for Telmex.

I know I don't wait to buy until the price of something sky-rockets. Same old strategy we all aim for......buy low.

Of course, I guess the buy-out price will also be influenced by whether or not there are toxic funders still remaining to be got rid of.
