The Authorized count is indeed 1.5 billion, just go do a corporations search on the secretary of state Nevada's website. They raised it for a control block or perhaps for some restricted options. There is no evidence in the trading patterns to suggest that any of the stock was sold into the market and I am of the opinion that it has not been issued into the outstanding count.
Nobody really knows exactly what the outstanding count is, and supposedly it's changing and will continue to change-be reduced if Sib Almaz comes back and starts buying on the open market again, remember every share they buy means less shares that they have to distribute to for all the longs in a tender offer; the less shares they have to pay to = the more we get.
