Luminent Mortgage Capital was halted as it fell from $7 to $4 and opened up the next day (yesterday)at .45 cents, now $1.46

anyone in this? seems it'll go much higher any thoughts. What does it mean to trade on the grays? does it mean no b/a? is it still tradeable- buy/sell? thanks
