Keep the questions for submission. I wouldn't edit them except by the submitter. Let the PR firm look them over, as they are probably doing right now anyway. Let the company decisde how they want to answer them and lets not censor the questions based on "perceived or anticipated" answers that might come. Just get the board consenus of the list and let it fly. I would also set a cut off time for submission so that you are not editing them right up to the last minute or else it will become more unmanageable and a bigger chore than you anticipated.
