That is one problem, but the other is that the spun off co. often never even trades. INQU spun off about 5 cos. and the cuspids are in my account, but its been 9 months, and they still don't have symbols or trading. It sucks!
Cintrix, sorry I didn't realize the stock of the dividend was already trading. That isn't an issue then with this. Sorry for the confusion. I imagine the co. you get a dividend in will have to issue a lot of shares to cover the dividend. I'd imagine the shares would be restricted as well, but don't know. Haven't follwed IDFR too much, so you know more than I do!
