You are talking like Disney owns Pow Entertainment and you know that is not true. Pow is an entity unto itself and as such, should release news of it's activities. Just because Disney gets "first look" doesn't mean that everything that Stan does is a big secret unless Disney talks about it. Pow is a public company. They have responsibilities to their shareholders. Pink sheet companies live and die by information and enthusiasm. With Stan there is plenty. He just needs to put it out where we can find it. And that would be under the heading of POWN.
If Disney opted out of a project, then I would think POWN would do whatever they wanted concerning publicity. Even if Disney has first dibs on a project, I wouldn't think that it would be at any price either. I would assume that there is some "fair market value" clause to the issue.
