Jay wouldn't be allowed to talk to him, imo. The deal has not completed and if, as pointed out in the RB reference in my previous post, private equity is backing an IPO, then he would be giving inside information.
No he worked it out himself, and, imo, got it partly wrong, more in his conclusions than anything else. I think the deal is going to make much more money than he realises.
It's interesting that once everyone has jumped ship on a stock, that's when it turns round. I think we are there now.
