To the contrary, I sincerely believe that cost effective, site specific, qualified tertiary recovery (T-EOR), that the State will sign off on a voluntary unitized leasehold basis is almost at hand.

Maybe you didn't glean that on my first couple of dozen posts along those lines.

Now, I just gave you a big hint as to what it might be.
