toys 450 I will share my take on the subject, it is a problem I expect to have at some time in the future. As I understand it, wherever you move your account, you are now considered a pattern daytrader and need that $25,000 min balance. Maybe by switching you can have a fresh start, but eventually you will make too many trades and be back in the situation. To be able to go in and out of stocks and have the money avail you need a margin account. But if you go in and out too much you will need the $25,000. Board correct me if I am wrong and good luck toys.
