moneymetals sooner or laterAnd I think sooner a spin off is in the picture and we shareholders will be rewarded.

If we have six shells and below are seven links to different business at EFGO it seems there is a very good chance IMO for something positive happening.

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Completes Acquisition of Check 21 ChinaMonday July 2, 9:00 am ETLAS VEGAS, NV, July 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -

Esprit Financial Group (ESPRIT) (EFGO.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com, announced today after the markets closed that it has finalized the acquisition of Check 21 China.Garr Winters,
Esprit's CEO, advised; "We are delighted to have completed this transaction with Robert Xu. We think the fit is excellent, and are very excited about continuing to develop the Chinese market in partnership.

When you add Jack Chang to the mix, we have an outstanding and accomplished team working in an industry that is just hitting the momentum growth phase in China and other developing markets".Winters added, "If the heavens are aligned right, and Global Vision completes their acquisition of IEXPay (Jiangxi), Esprit will end up with a significant position in IEXPay's development as well.

One only has to look at the recent stock price of Global Vision (GVHL:PK) to see the value being placed on this outstanding business opportunity".Robert Xu added, "We are also very pleased to have consummated this deal.

Esprit brings very valuable business experience to our Company. We think this gives us the bench strength we have needed to manage the rapid growth anticipated. This will allow us to concentrate on business development to take advantage of the huge market opportunity that awaits us in China".
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I understand that some of the EFGO staff are going to stay in China for well over a month. I wonder what could be going down that they would have to stay for so long. I guess that the following PR will explain it all. I'm guessing also that it will be the BIGGEST PR that the EFGO world has ever seen. Michael described it as "To the Moon"?

This is total speculation, but the possibilities are either a

(1) A BUYOUT

(2) A R/M, which is the acquisition of a public company by a private company, so the private company can bypass the lengthy process of going public.

(3) Perhaps a monster contract of some kind.

I am leaning towards #1

And if I had to guess, it would be at least a 10 bagger. : )

If there was a buyout then possibly they would divide the company into different parts beforehand. And then keep parts and sell off others.Does this make sense to anybody else or am I off base here?

3. I hope. .005 is too low for a buy-out of a company with this kind of potential.
