Mr D and the gang say it's the company and the RS proposal's fault.

I've already said it's both (the proposal and the resulting negativity) -

I've suggested that if the gang thought the proposal was more or less OK - the sp wouldn't have dropped.

Was he buying? Who knows. I don't care.
