Stockefeller, I doubt you are testifying. No disrespect intended but Ive read your posts that contain no notion of information. You never talked to Paul in 2005 or any insider I read. You are also not a party to the lawsuit. Therefore I dont think you have anything unique or original to offer, like Serfdom or Rodrigo. Also who would you testify for? Can you point out a shareholder claim asking to litigate the fraud? If not do you intend to testify for the post 2005 creditors or the Banks? Replevin
