You are correct - second round IS coming, but I see it going the opposite you do. I have never seen ANY stock go up, then down, then up, then down, etc. So it dips a bit - we still have the payoff coming down the road!

I see the whole buyout turned to merger is almost complete. Wow, another pink sheet pulling that trick. It's unbelievable. Should return to half a penny in the near future.
