Ok, let's try this. They took it down from 4.50 to 3.8 on less than 200,000 shares. That is NOT a false statement. Is is completely accurate. That is low vol for such a move on this stock.

As for your question, ask away. I could care less if it's a P&D. I'm only here for the flip to make money.
