I disagree with that statement. A large majority of companies, pinks or regulars, are traded much above or below their value. For a variety of reasons of coarse depending on the situation. Share price has so many factors that go into it, so to say that is shows almost everything about a company and its operations is obsurd.

And, to apply that statement to a pink sheet stock is even more irrelevant, due to the fact that hardly anyone, yourself or myself included, knows exactly what is going on. These companies are not transparent, so their stock price would not reflect much about them. That is where the risk of investing comes into play.

You telling someone not to invest in this stock is worse then sonofkeya posting an opinion of what he sees going on. At least he is giving supporting information to his claims, rather than a simple "don't buy."
